HR Generalist

We are looking for HR professional with proven background in understandng and running HR processes who is eager to join one of the most powerful global companies and become valuable part of passionate and dedicated Samsung team!

Responsibilities:

• Under supervision of HR Manager, respond to organizational changes, employees' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee's challenges;
• Take active part in Compensation & Benefits management processes;
• Supervise Recruitment and HR Administration processes;
• Undertake full responsibility for organization and execution of Newcomer Orientation process;
• Take active part in controlling and supporting Performance Management, Succession Planning and Job Evaluation processes in accordance with company rules and guidelines;
• Work with HR metrics, analyze and investigate causes and trends;
• Perform HR analytics and internal reporting;
• Ensure data quality in all the databases/HR tools and its cross-consistency;
• Supervise business relations with external vendors providing HR services to Samsung Electronics Ukraine;
• Contribute to research, design and development of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree (Finance, Economics, Legal is preferred);
• Not less than 3 years of previous experience as HRBP, HR Generalist in large multinational company(ies) is a must;
• Proficient Excel user;
• Hands-on experience in HRMS system - Workday, SAP is a plus;Very strong multitasking capabilities and sense of urgency;
• Quick learner;
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with a high level of attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a must.
