We expect from you:

• Knowledge of hotel computer systems used for reservations would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the OPERA system would be an advantage;
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and team members;
• Tact, patience, and hospitality when dealing with both internal team members as well as hotel guests;
• Attention to detail when it comes to numbers and other internal documents and data;
• Any previous hotel operations experience would be preferred.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

• handling of reservations by telephone, email and CRM system in a timely manner;
• providing accurate infomation regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information;
• assisting other departments such as Sales, Finance and Front Office with reservation related questions;
• passing on sales leads to the Sales Department;
