We expect from you:

• Previous hotel experience on similar position - 'Must have'  
• knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations, communications and back-up systems.
• ability to effectively deal with internal customers and external guests, which requires tact, patience, and diplomacy.
• knowledge of handling hotel emergencies (fire, theft, natural disaster) is mandatory
• solid knowledge of night reports 

Your duties and responsibilities will be

• to be responsible for smooth hotel operation during the night
• check-in/ check-out the guests
• respond to guests' inquiries
• ensure total guest satisfaction and safety
• enjoy the work as we do :-)
