Senior C&B Specialist
Key responsibilities:
- Planning personnel spend (budget for app. 800 people + salary review 3 times per year)
- Calculating bonuses for sales department employees
- Pre-payroll info preparation (different kinds of additional payments)
- Coordinating salary review process
- Grading and positions assessing;
- Analyzing salary market (E&Y, Mercer, Hay, Korn Ferry surveys);
- Providing reporting and analytics;
- Administering benefits and recognition programs;
- Preparing rewards systems communications, etc.
Key requirements:
- Experience in rewards function preferably in an international FMCG company (2+ years);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Passion to figures, attention to details;
- English – upper-intermediate+
