Our client is an international production company, looking for Customer Service Specialist, Kharkov.
Key duties:
- Contracting;
- Order processing;
- Non conformities handling (return, replacement, compensation);
- Price handling;
- New product managing. Coordination of new project development with Customers and inside
- Tool project processing (checking tooling POs, cross-check receiving correctness , projects closing in ERP system);
- Reporting;
- Forecast analysis;
- Response to Customer requests (urgent, new products, forecasts, feasibility check)
- Receivables tracking & follow up;
- Troubleshooting (obsoletes, product issues, compensation, storage, docs)
- Order production follow up (internal tests, RAMs request);
- Shipments coordination;
- Visiting Customer/Arrange Customers visit;
- Intercompany sales handling (issues, contracting, payment);
- Processing of RAMs' requests (e.g. obsolete materials, statistics, board inventory, tests, short-term and long-term forecasts, etc.);
- Clear understanding of cost drivers and leakage management (ie: rush freight, breaking charges).
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Appropriate professional experience 1 to 2 years in a Customer Service;
- English - intermediate;
- PC-knowledge: MS Office (Excel advanced user); ERP would be preferable;
- Team working result oriented interaction with local and foreign colleagues.
