Personal assistant to Country manager

The most famous company in the field of IT-development is looking for a Personal administrator of the General manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Administrator to provide support to General Manager and business leaders. 

The role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able toproactivelyanticipate needs and shift priorities quickly, be self-motivated, self-aware, and have the ability to balance & prioritize tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of GM schedule
  • Scheduling, coordination, preparation of agenda and meeting space for meetings (internal & external)
  • Participate in meetings, keep minutes and send follow up communication
  • Prepare & participate in local office meetings
  • Prepare communications & presentations for GM
  • Business trips of GM: travel planning and expense reports
  • Control paper workflow: daily signing of documents, sorting of delivered mail and periodicals
  • Discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests

Qualifications:

  • Native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian languages, fluent English
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven personality with high level of initiative
  • Curiosity and ambition to learn & understand business context
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Focus on compliance, process and detail while managing ambiguity
  • Cross-cultural competence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

3-5 years’ related experience, preferably in multi-national company
