Graphic designer (Print Development)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and supervision of all strategic and local brands in regard to technical realization of printed packaging materials: coordination of print projects incl. documentation;
• Providing consultancy to Group Marketing, regional marketing and design agencies to optimize designs for economic production, implement and apply cost management activities;
• Planning Creation of artworks;
• Responsible to comply to the predicted and adapted timings within the Project briefing in alignment with Project coordinators;
• Determination of print standards and specifications for our suppliers (print method, colours, ink maker, tool suppliers) and approval of first print run;
• Specification of the print source and method of printing in cooperation with Procurement Department and qualification of new printers.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of practical experiences in related areas of expertise;
• In depth knowledge of offset, gravure and flexo printing techniques and pre-press technologies;
• Excellent PC knowledge, good knowledge of MS-Office. Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Project Management is an advantage;
• Pronounced capabilities of teamwork and communication;
• Strong ownership of dedicated tasks;
• Intercultural awareness;
• Willingness to travel.
