International Pharmaceutical Company is looking for of Talent Acquisition Manager.
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Establish partnerships with business leaders to understand talent needs, develop result driven talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future talent needs
- Develop and execute the structure, processes, practices, training and tools necessary to support the talent acquisition strategy
- Cooperate with managers in recruitment, onboarding and adaptation initiatives to ensure effective talent acquisition processes
- Build strong and effective relationships with recruitment agencies
- Develop and promote local employer brand strategy through different channels
- Use key metrics to monitor and socialize talent acquisition performance and effectiveness
We expect from you:
- Experience in direct search and headhunting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, experience in pharmaceuticals is preferable
- Market Intelligence
- Talent Assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills including listening and relationship building
- Result orientation
- Upper-intermediate level of English
