German multinational company that manufactures personal-care products and pressure-sensitive adhesives opened new position E-commerce manager.
The main goal. To build an advantaged E-Commerce sales & distribution system by leveraging the emerging trends in the E-Commerce environment.
Responsible for
- Generating sales via online channels (pure online, omnichannel and marketplace).
- Planning ahead and having a full digital marketing plan for the year and ahead.
Key priorities:
- Channel management both pure and omnichannel. Strategy development and implementation.
- To build and execute profitable e-commerce model by leveraging the emerging market trends by focusing on Product, Channel and Frontline service structure development.
- Management of sales campaigns, exclusive offers and support of digital campaigns elaborated by marketing.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Key Account Management / Sales and Marketing experience of 3+ years in consumer goods industry/telecom/e-retail.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce (either in consumer goods, telecom or in e-retail).
- Analytical, influencing, collaboration & inclusion skills are critical.
- Advanced English - must have.
