HR Director
Main responsibilities:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources areas.
- Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives and strategies.
- Management of department employees and functions: recruitment, adaptation, staff training and assessment, personnel administration, benefits and payroll, social issues.
- Improving HR policies and processes.
- Compilation, protection and control of the budget for wages and benefits.
- Headcount planning and optimization.
- Professional support for managers in working with staff.
- Looks for ways to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
Main requirements:
- Master's Degree
- 6+ years successful Human Resources experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
- Effective communicator - Demonstrates effective communication at all levels of the organization and across functions.
