Compliance manager

Production pharmaceutical company is looking for Compliance manager.

Requirements:

• Higher legal/economic/finance education
• Work experience in the relevant field in pharmaceutical company at least two years.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, capacity to serve as a role model
  
• Positive thinking, result-driven, disciplined and excellent in multi-tasking; solid presentation and advocacy skills
• Experience in compliance field, project and process management; experience in healthcare industry.
• Upper intermediate English

Accountabilities:

• Manages and supports day-to-day operation of the compliance program.
• Support compliance clearance processes and local procedures based on corporate guidelines.
• Provides trainings on policies and procedures for employees.
• Monitors compliance activities to check the status of all compliance activities and to identify any violations.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance risk, develops corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
• Support BU and advise on compliance related topics and compliance aspects of major initiatives, compliance topics and challenges.
• Participation in the development of Company policies
