International FMCG (non-food) company looks for Sales Manager.
Job Description:
- Business Monitoring&Development: analysis of key growth areas, definition and implementation of strategy, preparation of max. quarterly concise and action-oriented business review, competitive analysis,
- Development and keeping up to date profitable growth plan for entire Division of Sales (assortment, prices, promotion, distribution, sales policy, etc.);
- P&L Management: budgeting, back margin (year-end rebates, business development fund), net sales, gross profit;
- Participation in forecast meetings, solving eventual overstocks, obsoletes, management of account receivables;
- Build and develop very good relations with top customers, potential once;
- Collaboration with Marketing, Logistics and Finance;
- People Management: evaluating, recruiting, training, coaching, giving feedback and motivating team members;
- Present Ukraine in international meetings, share Best Practices.
Qualifications:
- Higher education, university degree;
- 5+ years' experience in Sales (National Sales Manager, Head of Sales, etc.), in FMCG sector;
- 3+ years' experience in People management;
- English Intermediate level.
