Master Data Specification Production Supervisor

• Leading a team of Product Master Data specialists (Specification team): objective settings, organization of team work, workload planning, ensuring expected quality of work & responsibility for education and development of team members;
• Creation and maintenance of material records (specifications) BoM's and Product Packaging Specifications in respective central system for products manufactured in particular factories;
• Reporting to Department Manager on activities in his/her scope;
• Establishing and maintaining relationship and ensuring relevant communication with respective factories and internal stakeholders related to materials and BOM;
• Leading relevant system implementations and changes as well as data migrations;
• Acting as center of expertise for BoMs/Specs/ Material specs (incl. establishing standards and best practices) for Factories, PD&Q, Group Marketing and markets;
• Report on process steps which require improvement, lead projects related to process improvement, support, suggest and leads standardization projects;
• Ensure delivery / lead (planning, execution and control) of projects within the scope of the Department;
• Holiday backup for other Supervisors & Specification Expertise Specialists of the team.

Key Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in print and pack related engineering or economics);
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience within manufacturing companies: knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used for production;
• Previous experience in remote project teams;
• Developed people management skills;
• Good working knowledge MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Fluent English, native Ukrainian and Russian;
• Good Analytical skills, detail orientated;
• Good intercultural, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Pronounced capabilities of teamwork and communication.
