Sales\Account Manager (digital, e-com)

 

Main Job Purpose:

  • The primary purpose of an e-Commerce Lead is to develop e-Commerce Channel strategy, to improve relationships with the existing customers, to establish new partnerships to seize the opportunity and to optimize the business model mix to deliver all financial figures successfully.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • - Business Development
  • Establish the channel and customer strategic business plan.
  • Develop channel shopper insights in collaboration with CMI and Category Operation Teams and translate insights into business building opportunities within e-Commerce Channel.
  • Manage P&L and trade investments into the channel.
  • Develop optimal sales promotion plan and lead the cross functional teams for the marketing investments into the channel.
  • - Key Tasks
  • Find out new potential customers and strengthen relationships.
  • Negotiate the trade terms with the customers, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL strategy on each category
  • Manage overall levels of Customer Investments for each category
  • Monitor Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories
  • Ensuring the achievement of goals for the development of sales, including the introduction of recommended trading conditions.
  • Monitoring key sales indicators and other KPIs and criteria for the presence of products on store shelves of an e-commerce channel using the MIS system, PIM and other systems.
  • Achieving secondary sales goals, namely:
  • Analysis of sales results on a weekly basis;
  • Analysis of the implementation of all signed agreements with the network and the recommendations of the Company;
  • Identifying emerging issues and suggesting ways to resolve them;
  • Development of recommendations to increase customer sales.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical /economic /mathematical /financial).
  • Experience in sales department 2+ years (FMCG, B2C).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language.
  • Digital marketing.
  • An e-Commerce platforms background (desirable).
