Business Analyst/Project manager

Specialized International Company providing multi-brand car full-service operational leasing in Ukraine. A market leader for over 10 years is looking for the Business Analyst/Project manager

Job Focus:  Leading business process change - supporting teams to structure the processes, establishing the change.

Executing global initiatives from the compsny into the Ukraine business.

Coordinating project updates and steering committees across the different business lines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Studying business functions, gathering information, process designing and automatization to improve operational efficiency.
• Identifying, analyzing and estimating current projects.
• Creating project teams, setting up a structured approach, managing their work and tasks deadlines and giving feedbacks.
• Coordinating the Project Steering Committees in the organization.
• Being a Change agent in organization.
• Data quality engineering.

• Practical experience in project management and delivering process improvements into an organisation.
• Good knowledge of IT Policies & Processes.
• Commercial Awareness.
