Our client, well-known international production company, which is one of the world leader in its segment, announces a competition for the position of Facility Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Control inter- building communication installations and maintenance;
- Supervise maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment within the building(s), as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities;
- Analyse and standardize various facilities procedures to improve efficiencies;
- Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow;
- Assign duties for subordinates and examine work for conformance to policies and procedures;
- Inspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities;
- Analyze firm's HVAC systems, lighting and other factors;
- Plan, budget and schedule various regional facilities;
- Review real estate contracts for compliance with government specifications and suitability for occupancy;
- Oversee facilities safety and training programs, first aid and First;
- Responder program, compliance to OSHA regulations;
- Complete corporate, governmental and site reporting.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Relevant work experience - from 3 years;
- Advanced user MS Office;
- English - Upper Intermediate level;
- Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
- Willingness to relocate (Western Ukraine).
