International pharmaceutical company is looking for Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the budgeting process and plans the annual sales target for distributors
- Builds relationships with key accounts (distributors) and negotiates campaign terms in accordance with overall company sales strategy
- Responsible for sales strategy planning and facilitation of the commercial support for the Business portfolio
- Monitors the sales target fulfilment/distributors (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Implement and maintain the early warning system to proactively identify, communicate and mitigate possible downsides/risks or to fully maximize potential business opportunities
- Makes proposals to the management team for discounting policy, commercial policies, etc.
- Monitors the distributors' debt situation and supports the company's Credit Management in cash collection. Optimally drives cash collection and negotiates credit terms
- Discusses and monitors company's special commercial campaigns for pharmacy chains, second line distributors
- Monitors competition activities within distribution, disseminates information to relevant parties and makes proposals for corrective actions
- Gives feedback to the Logistics systems for ensuring the forecast of inventory levels of allocated products ensuring continuous supply at minimum necessary inventory levels
- Developing, reviewing and optimizing trading strategies
Requirements:
- Education: University graduate
- Experience in Commercial / Distribution function - min 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of distribution mechanism
- Strong experience in managing relationships with distributors (contract negotiations, set-up of commercial and financial terms, special campaigns, management of receivables)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
