Our client, european company, is looking for Group product manager (OTC)
Responsibilities:
- Develop long range plans with marketing and promotional mix for sales and profit growth
- Plan the supply and demand for products and drive consistent execution of product strategy along the cycle
- Optimize channel/promotional mix for group of brands through appropriate resource allocation
- Plan and control of brand budgets, sales and profit
- Monitor business performance and external environment on the market via appropriate tools to deliver proper actions to meet business objectives
- Lead development and delivery of promotional campaign materials, including ATL, BTL and digital advertising activities for the product promotion within the framework of the promo budget
- Build the strategy and tactics of products launch
- Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and externally
- Ensure support of key opinion leaders and specialists in the medical field for company marketing activities
- Manage team to establish effective performance and talent development
- Ensure compliance with provisions of corporate Code of Ethics in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical)
- 4-6 years of marketing experience with focus on product/brand management
- Proven leadership, drive for result and action orientation
- Readiness for challenging situations, agile attitude
- People engagement skills
- Upper Intermediate level of English
