Customer support representative

The international company with a vast experience of implemented projects around the world is looking for Customer support representative to join our team.

Requirements:

• Customer support or account management experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of English: Upper-Intermediate level at least;
• Knowledge of PC, Excel, Word;
• Good Communication Skills;
• Ability to quickly learn;
• We consider candidates with no work experience or students.

Main tasks:

• Consultations and clients' support (only in English);
• Work with clients' bank accounts (providing clients with payment confirmations);
• Keep records of client transactions;
• Preparation of (settlement) reports to clients;
• Work with card solutions and assist clients on this matter;
• Work with documents (KYC, agreements, invoices);
• Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
• Communicates client needs and demands to employer company;
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
