Financial institution providing customer support, billing, payment solutions services for clients across the globe is looking for VoIP agent
Requirements
- 1+ year VoIP agent experience
- PBX knowledge (asterisk 1 place other systems also are ok)
- Excel formulas knowledge is a must
-Ability to learn complex technical information quickly
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
-Upper-intermediate English
Main responsibilities:
-Provide problem resolution via the telephone or chat
-Escalate problem to technical group
- ASR/ACD system reports
- Daily requests regarding the user's issues in PBX, CRM, Zoiper, etc.
- VOIP financial reports
- Follow-Up with customer to verify final resolution
