Network Engineer/ SysAdmin

DB Best Technologies is searching for an Network Engineer/ SysAdminr to become a part of our team.

Requirements:

• Deployment, automation, and support of Microsoft Azure, AWS and dedicated servers' infrastructure;
  
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016;
  
• Knowledge of Linux system (Red Hat family is preferable);
  
• Experience with hardware of the following type: Dell, Supermicro, NAS, SAN, and RAID (0,1,5,6,10,50,60 levels);
  
• Internal network support skills (VLAN, L2, L3 routing, jumbo frame, RIP, and OSPF)
  
• Experience of configuring and support of VPN (L2TP, IPsec, PPTP, SSTP, and OpenVPN);
• Bash, PowerShell, Python knowledge and confidence in automation scripts preparation;
• Experience with virtual environments like Hyper-V, ESXi, VMware, and Docker;
• Confidence in CI workflows maintenance (Jenkins, GitLab CI, and TeamCity);
• Administration and support experience with Microsoft TFS, GitLab, and Git tools.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain asset inventory of company resources;
• Create and maintain access matrix to company systems;
• Mitigate security vulnerabilities, apply latest patches to company systems;
• Apply security best practices to software and hardware configurations and systems;
• Support other departments to troubleshoot technical issues;
• Collaborate with different engineering Teams across different offices;
• Participate in external company's projects, communicate with international specialists;
  
• Work in shifts (24/5) - 8 am to 5 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm;
  
• Be open to night shifts on demand (in rare cases).
