Wentrum is searching for a Customer Care Representative.

- Communicating with customers and partners through different channels of communication;
- Providing partners with assistance related to orders;
- Promptly process orders, applications and resolve clients' requests;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- No cold calling.
What is needed to become a part of our team:
- Fluent English (B2 or higher is required);
- Business communication skills;
- Strong desire to work and constantly develop your skills and knowledge;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office;
- Being a team player;
- Experience in customer support and communication with native speakers will be a plus.
