Wentrum is searching for a Customer Care Representative.

  • Promptly process orders, applications and resolve clients' requests;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • No cold calling.

 

What is needed to become a part of our team:

  • Fluent English (B2 or higher is required);
  • Business communication skills;
  • Strong desire to work and constantly develop your skills and knowledge;
  • Ability to learn fast;
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office;
  • Being a team player;
  • Experience in customer support and communication with native speakers will be a plus.
