Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are expanding our team and looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master for Social Casino game.

Project manager will work in close cooperation with creative and energetic game product team of artists, developers, QAs, analysts, game designer and economist. Project Manager will be directly reporting to Product Owner.  

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the software development process and team based on product delivery expectation.
• Analyze and structure existing tasks and features in development.
• Coordinate project plan execution (deadlines and expected results).
• Facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily standup meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews, and organize agile teams.
• Carry out routine daily tasks and procedures of assigned project.
• Continuous project tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate development, production and release activities for team of 20 people
• Remove impediments.
• Facilitate getting the work done, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Document processes and practices on Confluence and through the use of JIRA dashboards.
• Continuous processes improvement with the team and across the product.

Requirements:

• Proficient in process documentation and project management tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge & practical experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Sense of urgency and ability to quickly make appropriate operational decisions.
• Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in managing multiple cross functional teams, 20+ people in total.
• Ability to organize the work of team to be efficiently and effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English — both spoken and written.
