SMM Specialist

Roosh is looking for a SMM Specialist to join our team and grow with the company.

Who we are:
Company group — Venture studio Pawa, investment fund Roosh VС and a few other projects that we cannot name yet, but all from the tech and venture sectors. We have a young team, a new office within walking distance from the metro, we have medical insurance and flexible working hours.

Who you are:
• A girl or guy with work experience. Please do not write „ready to try”, write if you have already done something similar, and everyone liked it.
• You love freedom of action. You generate ideas and come up with solutions.
• You possess a value for visual aesthetics.
• You understand that information can be packaged in different ways and you know how to do it.
• You are ready to complete the test task.
• You understand the principles and metrics of performance on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube.
• You like to build new workflows in a team and you have a database of proven content creators.
• You are ready to communicate with the audience: be responsible for its growth, engagement and moderation.
• Your English level — Upper intermediate or above

Responsibilities:
• You will be managing from three to five projects. The scope of your tasks will be from strategy and content plan to working with contractors and page moderation.
• You will communicate part of the projects in Ukrainian, and part in English.
