Regional/Area manager CROPP

LPP, a Polish clothing manufacturer, manages five recognisable brands: Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, and Sinsay. We are looking for

 Regional Sales Manager CROPP

Main Responsibilities:

• Close work with stores in area of responsibility
• Operational support and development of the stores
• Managing, motivating and developing team of Store Managers
• Training and development of stores` staff
• Achieving KPIs of region & Ukraine
• Monitoring the market, providing initiatives

On the role we appreciate

• 2+ year on the Regional position in Retail or 4 years as a Store Manager
• Experience in managing developing people
• KPIs understanding
• English language - intermediate level
• Ability for frequent business trips
• Result oriented person
• Ambition driven
• Driving license B category
