Requirements: ·
- Higher Education (Marketing/Economics is preferably);
- English (intermediate);
- Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, accuracy, sociability, ability to plan the work process, proactive;
- Systemic thinking; ·
- Experience in large amount of data, budgeting, reporting is preferable;
Critical competencies: ·
- MS Excel: advanced user;
- 1С: Data structure, report modification;
- b2b sales basic knowledge/understanding ;
- Price build up basic knowledge, understanding of markup and margin;
- Cost build up and T&I cost.
Core functions:
- Development parts and service marketing strategy for /with respective business divisions;
- Creating different marketing tools, development and implementation spare parts campaigns, special proposals, seasonal deals etc. – in tight cooperation with major manufactures and business division;
- Ensure discount support from suppliers;
- Market research (parts by commodities, labor rates);
- Market based pricing and discounting management;
- PTOS/OLGA supervision;
- Multi Brand management ZEUK and AMBECA (detailed quoting to be transferred to After-Sales departments);
- Cat Export Services policy supervision;
- Lost sales introduction for AMBECA;
- Competitive data base creation and information collection.
