Marketing\Affiliate Manager

Requirements:

• Experience of formation marketing strategy from scratch
• One to two years' experience working in affiliation. Working for an affiliate network is an advantage
• Experience working with international markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player
• Creative thinking, willing to learn and advance, highly motivated
• English- advanced level 

Responsibilities:

• The formation of a new marketing team structure, the adjustment of business processes within the departments 
• Development a brand from the scratch (website/platform providers/psp providers, etc.)
• Negotiations with new publishers/webmasters/ad networks/affiliates
• Analysing ROI of media activity, optimizations
• Marketing activities (webinars, conferences, educational programs, bloggers)
• Negotiation with a key partners and suppliers
• Media strategy development; supervising of all operational processes within the group
