Operations manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager for The Natural Lifestyles.

Where? Kyiv (90% of work happens remotely though)

When? As soon as possible

Workload? 20-30h/week (on average)

The Natural Lifestyles is an international, leading coaching company. We help men around the world live a more full-filling and connected life. Our high-ticket bootcamps and online-courses teach communication, relationship-advice, meditation, sexuality and lifestyle design. We have over 90.000 subscribers on YouTube and been coaching thousands of people around the world with incredible results. Our team is young and agile. We produce top-notch content across the major social media platforms.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, write and submit reports 
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing 
• Identify operational gaps and help refine or develop new processes for operational efficiency 
• Daily monitoring of the service quality, through service performance statistics and KPIs
• Support reporting manager in various day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• Possess excellent administration and communication skills organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Trustworthiness (you will often be part of confidential information)

• Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software
• Unflappable under pressure; Logical thinker

• Prepared to work out of office hours and during weekends (our team is spread over the planet, in different timezones)

English Skills

Perfect oral and written communication skills in the English language. This is important! Our company is heavily relying on communication, written word and speech (in English). Your English skills must be on par with a native.

Work Ethic, Communication, Task Management

We need you to be a clear communicator in order to work well together remotely, especially since a majority of the communication happens online. This job is not for everyone. It sometimes lacks routine. It can be unpredictable, lack daily routine. We will often ask for new things. Ask you to try out different approaches… We DO reward people with a proactive approach!

The ability to manage yourself is paramount, you will proactively complete tasks without being micromanaged.

Research Skills

Knowing how to carry out thorough and diligent research and report on a wide range of subjects is required.

Work conditions

You’ll be doing most of your work from your laptop. A good computer (preferred Mac OS), an excellent internet connection and a smartphone (preferred iOS) + uninterrupted mobile internet is required. Some tasks will happen on the ground, in the center of Kyiv.

Our team is spread across the planet, across different timezones. On some days you will work 3h, on others 10h. It depends on projects, launch-windows, special sales and availability of upper managers.
