CUSTOMER SUPPORT (ENGLISH) THE SPECIALIST IN SUPPORT DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a specialist in our support department who will communicate with customers by phone / online chat and help them with any questions that arise regarding orders on the site.
Requirements:
Excellent oral communication skills in English (working with an American audience)
Willingness to help clients with any questions
Ability to think out of the box to find good solutions in any unusual situations
Friendliness, if necessary, politely and tactfully dealing with objections and questions of the client
Stress-resistance
Experience in working with online customers is a big plus
Conditions:
Remote (working hours from 16:00 to 01:00)

Duties:
Communication with customers of the online store in online chat / phone mode and emails
Solving customers' problems
Answering questions, dealing with objections
