Virtual Assistant Position

Real Estate Agent in New-York City (NYC) is seeking a virtual assistant to help with daily business needs:

• CRM, working with database, follow ups 
• Sending emails through Mailchimp (newsletters, announcements)
• Posting on Social Media
• Filling up website with provided content
• Preparing presentations, marketing materials

Qualifications:

• email marketing experience, preferably with Mailchimp, Facebook/Instagram and Google 
• Graphic Design skills in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, InDesign, Photoshop and other editing software
• Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results

Terms:

• full time position 45 hours per week
• $1,000/month
• Education 
• Bonuses up to $20,000/year
