Logistics Tracking Associate

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 09:00-15:00 

Position Summary:

The Tracking Associate is a key role in the organization, whose job is to make sure that all loads are in transit. The position will be responsible for cooperating with the team of people, who works with partner carriers, to identify possible issues and escalate them.

Responsibilities:

-   Make sure the tracking team fulfills its goals and all loads are accounted for

-   Ensure the timely transit of freight

-  Identify and escalate issues

-    Establish relationships with partner carriers to receive timely updates

-   Assist in the retrieval of BOLs

Skills Required:

-   Strong English speaking skills (Upper-intermediate/Advanced)

-   Being proactive and making sure that goals are met

-    Taking responsibility for results and defusing situations

-   Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook

-    Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations

-   Access to the internet, computer, smartphone during shift

-    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills 

-   Being a team player
