Enabl Ukraine is a fast growing, Danish owned consultancy company providing mechanical engineering services. Our primary clients are the largest  manufacturers in the wind turbine industry. The global wind industry is developing fast and we are pursuing an aggressive growth strategy. The key to success is  qualified, ambitious and enthusiastic engineers for our departments in Kharkiv and Odesa.  

Currently we are looking for highly competent and dedicated Technical Team Leader to join our efficient and friendly team in Ukraine (Odesa or Kharkiv). As part of Enabl Ukraine, you will become a Technical Team Leader to a team of exceedingly motivated and skilled Mechanical engineers, working for some of the major companies in Denmark, within the wind industry.  

You are a great fit for our vacancy if you have:  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering field;  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering field;
• Knowledge, experience and understanding of mechanical engineering work;  
• Understanding of mechanical components, structural and conceptual  design;  
• Understanding of FEA and fatigue calculations; 
• Experience of leading a team or providing technical support; 
• Good communication skills in English — written and verbal; 
• Experience as a coordinator and planner.   

  Following skills will be considered an advantage:  

• Understanding of ANSYS  
• Basic programming skills in Python, Matlab, ANSYS APDL or other.  

  Your responsibilities:  

• Professional support to the team of mechanical engineers in various issues in projects;  
• Coordination and communication between Ukrainian and Danish teams on different matters; 
• Developing the team of mechanical engineers (planning of resources, estimation of development and training needs); 
• Taking part in the selection process for the mechanical team (CVs screening, interviews, etc).
