We are looking for a highly motivated Account manager to join our internal team to attract and serve our global clients.
About the position:
- Set-up of new projects: review MSA, NDA, employment agreement and other HR documents; employment procedure finalization;
- Management of current projects: monthly payroll run (checking salary, bonuses additional benefits, expenses et.), preparation of breakdowns and invoices;
- Immigration support, if required (work permit, residence permit, visas);
- Communication with clients, partners, vendors, and employees;
- Management of Accounts payable/accounts receivable;
- Checking and providing information on local legislations on a regular basis;
- Working with internal CRM;
About the candidate:
- Advanced writing and verbal English skills
- Knowledge of other languages is a big advantage
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Finance/Economics/Legal background
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good typing skills
- Open-minded and eager to learn
