Account manager executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Account manager to join our internal team to attract and serve our global clients.

About the position:

• Set-up of new projects: review MSA, NDA, employment agreement and other HR documents; employment procedure finalization;
• Management of current projects: monthly payroll run (checking salary, bonuses additional benefits, expenses et.), preparation of breakdowns and invoices;
• Immigration support, if required (work permit, residence permit, visas);
• Communication with clients, partners, vendors, and employees;
• Management of Accounts payable/accounts receivable;
• Checking and providing information on local legislations on a regular basis;
• Working with internal CRM;

About the candidate:

• Advanced writing and verbal English skills
• Knowledge of other languages is a big advantage
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Finance/Economics/Legal background
• Good Excel knowledge
• Good typing skills
• Open-minded and eager to learn
