As an Affiliate Manager your objectives will be to grow the business of your active affiliates and work on reactivating dormant ones.
On a more global scale, you will be responsible for planning the launch of new campaigns, to optimise and report them. You will also provide strategic advice to your affiliates with a goal to reach their objectives in terms of revenues and the company objectives in terms of sales profits.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and grow business with a portfolio of existing affiliates
- Actively promote our best offers to your affiliates with a focus on maintaining low cost per acquisitions and positive return on investments.
- Reactivate dormant clients, prospect and develop a prospect sales pipeline with new affiliates.
- Build sustainable business relationships by offering professional support and feedback.
- Understand your affiliates needs and proactively provide solutions to increase client revenue.
- Monthly KPI reporting to the head of the department.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Control the quality of the traffic / leads / sales generated by your affiliates.
- Negotiate payout and cancellations when necessary.
- Negotiate payment terms with affiliates to align them with the company cash flow necessities.
Profile
- You will hold a relevant educational background in sales or marketing.
- 1 + year experience in Affiliate Marketing would be appreciated.
- An established network of business partners in the industry or portfolio would be an asset
- Russian speaking is required with excellent English communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- You are an excellent negotiator with a proven sales background.
- You are proactive and dynamic. You solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to build long term relationships with affiliates.
- Drive and motivation to exceed objectives.
What we offer
- Salary: 800€ net / month
- Commission based on percentage of profit generated from your portfolio. You can easily double your fixed salary.
