We are Global People Programs – those who create processes and products for unified people management all over EPAM. Our mission is to build self-explained, integrated into day-to-day life, experience to cover our employees from day one and give them everything to match their needs/ find their place in life. Currently there are around 20 programs in the group, and the number is growing.

You will extend and strengthen the team which is making Retention program a global effort in EPAM and restarting the Voice of Employees program to have a unified approach to listening to our people and using their input to make EPAM a better place to work at. The whole program is new, so it's the very interesting yet challenging time of a program start when you will have a lot of brainstorming, discussions, planning, new things trying, and so on.

Working in Global People Programs helps you to build unique set of skills - core HR, Process Management, Change Management, Product Management, and collaboration with Delivery teams, and understanding industry, users’ needs - all with smile and care. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close cooperation with Product/Program manager on driving the Retention & Exit & Voice of Employees program
  • Collaboration with other People Programs teams
  • Market and users’ needs research
  • Working with end users on open questions
  • Data analysis, preparation of reports
  • Working with People Science & Analytics team on data analysis and data processing
  • Working with HR leaders to read the data properly
  • ML data models verification and tuning
  • Keeping processes artifacts up to date

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in People Programs or People Advisory (or similar) Specialist role
  • Understanding of metrics and analytics
  • Retention, Exit, attrition mitigation, surveying or voice or pulse programs and processes or similar knowledge/ experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, emotional intelligence
  • Ability to act quickly, understand dependencies and find solutions
  • Advanced user of MS Office products
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2+)
