DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to work closely with customer and potentially end-users to define the UI built with corporate style guide components that suit the need of application. Draft wireframes are prepared from Customer however they would probably be adjusted by UX.

Work time should cover 8AM-11AM CST (3 hours) to collaborate with customer and potentially end-users in USA.

The team is commonly offshore in Kyiv and contains of 4 Devs, 2 QAs, 1 BA and 1 DM. There are also 25 more people from other scrum teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create wireframes and experiences for the existing internal application using material design guidelines
• Create supporting artifacts to facilitate communication including presentations, UI kits, style tiles, style guides, and supporting graphic assets for developers
• Design and develop low-fidelity wireframes, working prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web
• Communicate closely with the customer and business analyst

 REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ year’ experience in UX/UI design
• Understanding of material design guidelines 
• Portfolio that represents your UI/UX skills and processes
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools
• Experience in using prototyping tools, such as InVision, Flinto and others
• Capable of initiating and participating in user experience research for design & product feedback
• Good visual/graphic design skills with strong consideration of user-system interaction, accuracy and attention to details
• Strong knowledge in Material Design (e.g has clearly worked with it, knows the styling guidelines, knows whitespaces, fonts, etc)
• Good knowledge of the core concepts in User Centered Design
• Wireframing / Prototyping experience
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
