DESCRIPTION

On this project you will be responsible for planning, designing, preparing, and executing a range of user research activities to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of Hermes Products

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying the most appropriate research methods depending on the phase of the service lifecycle. This will include a range of quantitative and qualitative research, including analytics, surveys, depth interviews, focus groups, workshops, usability testing, and A/B testing 
• Support usability evaluation sessions 
• Effectively present your findings and related design/business recommendations and user insights to stakeholders and designers
• Engage with agile, multidisciplinary teams to ensure the adoption of user-centered, data-driven decision making
• Run workshops with the UX team and stakeholders across the business
• Work with senior stakeholders, product owners and designers to devise appropriate research strategies to generate focused insights and to convert concepts into high-quality stimulus material 
• Work with stakeholders across the business to refine/define user research approached, and identify key areas for improvement 

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ year’ experience in UX design, ideally in an enterprise level organization of agency
• Participating in co-creation or facilitation workshops
• Working on desktop apps, mobile apps and dynamic websites
• Experience creating medium to high fidelity wireframes in sketch or similar tools
• Creating high fidelity prototypes using Invision or similar tools
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Working with, or creating design systems and design pattern libraries
• An in-depth understanding of user centred design principles
• A thorough understanding of qualitative user research techniques
• A good understanding of analytics and quantitative testing and analysis A basic understanding of agile working practices like Kanban and Scrum
• A basic understanding of front-end development, CSS Frameworks
• Tertiary qualification in design, phycology or related field would be nice
• Bootcamp training experience in UX or UI discipline would be nice
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
