DESCRIPTION

On this project, you will be responsible for personalizing the user experience of our digital products and facilitating discovery. Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base. 

You will contribute to strategic and tactical ideation and creation with the view of increasing customer attraction and empowering existing ones through amplifying customer views. As a Senior Designer you will coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and conducing user research and competitor analysis
• Analysing different data sources and qualitative feedback and work with the product owners to create an improvement pipeline 
• Creating user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Creating user journey mapping, user flows, feature flows and sitemaps
• Determining information architecture
• Creating prototypes and wireframes
• Conducting usability testing
• Owning your products’ user flows while working as a team across your assigned business units to ensure a cohesive experience
• Acting as the voice of the user taking a data driven approach to design

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ year’ experience in UX design, ideally in an enterprise level organization of agency
• Participating in co-creation or facilitation workshops
• Working on desktop apps, mobile apps and dynamic websites
• Experience creating medium to high fidelity wireframes in sketch or similar tools
• Creating high fidelity prototypes using Invision or similar tools
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Working with, or creating design systems and design pattern libraries
• An in-depth understanding of user centred design principles
• A thorough understanding of qualitative user research techniques
• A good understanding of analytics and quantitative testing and analysis A basic understanding of agile working practices like Kanban and Scrum
• A basic understanding of front-end development, CSS Frameworks
• Tertiary qualification in design, phycology or related field would be nice
• Bootcamp training experience in UX or UI discipline would be nice
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
