Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (Python)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our client is a multinational mass media and information company with operational headquarters in London, UK. It enables professionals in the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, and media markets to make the decisions that matter most, all powered by the world's most trusted news organization.

?We are looking for an Automation engineer with experience in any of the programming languages, who is ready to consider Python as the primary coding language. This system is backend only. We are only processing news content (XML & JSON) and exposing it to the clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in software test automation or Python programming language
• Strong knowledge of any programming language
• Proven knowledge of Python as a confident or advanced user
• Expertise in back-end systems’ automation
• In-depth knowledge of testing standards and approaches
• Experience of analyzing functionality, creating test cases and their further automation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Being a fast learner
• Intermediate or higher English level, both written and spoken (B1+)
