You love starting new things, collaborating with colleagues, and finding creative technology solutions to knowledge gaps. Our Master Degree Program design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning-including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive e-learning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments-using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond 'training' to create learning experiences that really work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs of the target audience
• Structure text massives, maintain project documentation and course folders
• Do independent research, synthesis, and writing of instructional content on a variety of topics
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Develop modes of assessment, such as quizzes
• Create storyboards, indicating the interactivity elements and places where the illustrations are required
• Communicate to Graphic Designers for visual elements creation, make review, add corrections
• Identify appropriate modalities for content communication, including text, case studies, video scripts, glue text, graphics, infographics, and scenario-based knowledge checks

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years instructional design experience
• Experience in using authoring tools, such as Storyline to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
• Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
• Hands-on experience in the following visual content tools: Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, CSS, HTML. JavaScript knowledge would be a plus
• Proficiency in сourses сreation instruments such as Articulate 360
• Advanced knowledge of assessing learning and program impact
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a team with highly-skilled and engaged colleagues
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; being a careful listener and good communicator (speaking and writing)
• Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
• Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
• Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence
• Deliverables need to reflect proficiency in instructional design concepts, learning science, and multimedia principles
• Familiarity with JIRA workflow and SCRUM processes
• Flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables; ability to adopt style to engage with different kind of stakeholders
• Resilience and ability to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities
