Technical Writer

Our team is looking for a technical writer to help us create technical documentation and keep it up to date.

Skills experience:

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation;

• Systematic mindset;

• Advanced level of written English;

• Ability to write plainly and rationally, as well as to translate technical information into easily understandable information for customers and end users;

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment;

• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background (education in computer field or experience at development or QA is a plus);

• Hands on experience with UML Use Case, Sequence and Activity diagrams will be a big plus;

• Experience in developing SaaS documentation.

Key tasks:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;

• Write API reference docs, architecture designs and diagrams etc;

• Gather, analyse and create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation;

• Provide technical documentation for B2B clients;

• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writing and editing technical information accordingly.
