Tech writer

 BSG is an international mobile virtual network operator and an SMS provider with its own SAAS platform, an automated SMS testing system and 24-hour technical support.

We are looking for Tech writer

Responsibilities:

• Creation and support of documentation for the development and maintenance of software application (User Documentation, Manuals, User Guides, etc);
• API and architecture documentation;
• Writing technical sections of technical specifications;
• Interaction with product and technical teams;
•  Documentation translations.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English or higher is a must;
• Perfect information decomposition skills and ability to structure information;
• Understanding of main documentation creation principles and design standards;
• Basic understanding of main technologies purpose (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS etc.);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• High literacy, proofreading and editing skills;

It might be an advantage if you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer;

• Experience in supporting multilingual technical documentation (with a common part and regional specifics);

• Excellent information decomposition skills and ability to structure information;
• Good creativity and analytical skills;
• Basic understanding of the purpose of the main technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, etc.);
• Experience in API documentation and IT solution architecture;
• Experience in making presentations;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Understanding the basic standards for document preparation;
• Advanced MS Word skills;
• High literacy, proofreading and editing skills.
