Head of Procurement

BSG is an international mobile virtual network operator and an SMS provider with its own SAAS platform, an automated SMS testing system and 24-hour technical support.

 We are looking for Head of Procurement

 What you have to do:

• Developing and maintaining procurement strategy of the department; 
• Maintaining the work of the department (ideology, goals, objectives, motivational programs); 
• Supervision of the procurement department; 
• Looking for potential suppliers, including negotiating and signing contracts and agreements to maximize profit; 
• Maintaining professional relationships with the suppliers base; 
• Identification of market needs, monitoring and analysis of competitors' market; 
• Looking for and interviewing the candidates, adaptation, training and supervision (support) of local (international) managers. 
• Personal and department’s reports. 

 Additional: 

• Negotiating and signing contracts with M(V)NOs.

 What is important to us:

• A minimum of 3-years experience in procurement of SMS Routes on behalf of SMS-Hub; 
• Experience with the market's major companies; 
• Experience in managing teams/people; 
• Experience in routing; 
• A candidate is from Europe or CIS (The position is remote).
