Market Insight Analyst, IT product company

We are looking for a proactive, business-minded Market Insight Analyst to join our team. In this role, you need to be a super researcher who can unravel information and turn them into relevant data for the marketing, sales, and product teams. You will extract meaningful insights that will drive business growth.

This position, based in Kyiv, offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment at a global fintech company. This company provides online payment processing for businesses offering digital services, goods, and e-commerce around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the different teams informed with market & competitor trends, competitive offerings, financials, market positioning, developing systems to ensure we get accurate and timely information that reaches and impacts key stakeholders;
• Conduct market research about the payments space and its relevant industries and translate this information into actionable insights to grow our business with a particular focus on developing our products and optimizing pricing;
• Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data, ensuring data and source accuracy to support our marketing and sales teams in developing our market offering;
• Based on your research, provide information and insight to our marketing team that would help in executing successful marketing strategies to improve product branding, lead generation, visibility, and traffic on different channels;
• Conduct market research for market dynamics. Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors.
• Oversee and profile competitors and competitive products, researching and comparing competitor products, financials, marketing, pricing, and sales tactics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, tech, and/or e-commerce space;
• Have a strong understanding and interest in the tech industry, particularly fintech and payments;
• Strong research and analytical skills and ability to interpret market dynamics and business challenges;
• Ability to examine data critically to extract meaningful insights and to effectively communicate findings clearly to different audiences, like sales, marketing, product, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
