В команду динамичного, быстрорастущего стартапа нужен ppc specialist с уверенными навыками ppc рекламы. 

Have you ever sold products within Amazon or Google Ads or Facebook Ads? We are looking for someone to join our team who has a little bit (or a lot) of experience with the Amazon selling platforms. Our team is looking for an energetic, fun, and hard-working individual who is looking for an office type environment that has an entrepreneurial feel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to implement paid search and SEO strategy for our clients.
  • Actively manage PPC campaigns to improve effectiveness, reach, and conversion.
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing success across markets, providing strategic insights into what worked, what didn’t, and actionable areas of improvement.
  • Compile and analyze client reports and data on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Be able to contextualize data into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of all things Amazon marketing within both Vendor and Seller central including Amazon Advertising, Daily Deals, Lightning Deals, Coupons, Promotions, etc.
  • Regular A/B Testing of campaigns and creative to drive increased sales and ROI on advertising spend from our clients.
  • Deliver Continuous improvement to CTR, ROAS, ACoS, and Conversion Rate.
  • Develop internal policies and processes for ongoing marketing management as the team scales.
  • Build up internal automation capabilities to proactively monitor and maintain campaigns via software and AI tools.
  • Other roles and responsibilities that arise while working in a dynamic and high-growth startup.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years’ experience in professional services with a recent emphasis on marketing strategy and execution within Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Advertising. 
  • Experience with creating and managing paid search campaigns across a variety of search channels with an emphasis on Amazon, Google, or Facebook paid search.
  • Can execute:
  • • Successful keyword management — both at new campaign creation and ongoing optimization
  • • Creative A/B testing
  • • Establish effective bidding strategies
  • • Measurement and analysis of campaign data
  • • Testing and experimentation
  • Experience with website analytics and the ability to discern actionable insight from a variety of key data points that clients often provide from off-Amazon historical performance.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail; on your watch, things don’t slip through the cracks and you’ve been counted on in the past to deliver successfully to performance benchmarks
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field very helpful

  • Strong time/project management skills requiring managing, organizing, and tracking of information related to specific projects.
  • Highly organized with good follow-up skills is a must.
  • Detail and project-oriented.
  • Excellent eCommerce platform skills.
  • Positive, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and comprehensive reports in Excel, Tableau, other systems.
  • Use of PowerPoint to create accurate, comprehensive product presentations for customers.
