Systems Analyst

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation a person – Systems Analyst to join IT Commercial Systems team.

Our company is going through a digital transformation and wants to become a digital leader. We propose to work on interesting project related to development and support of UA market Data Warehouse. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes and needs; defining and formalizing technical requirements; performing integrations with internal/external solutions yourself, as well as coordinating and supporting development by others; supporting deployment and testing processes, as well as ensuring troubleshooting of arising issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or enhanced business processes/products

• Translate business needs into system requirements

• Prepare technical specifications and system documentation

• Provide integration and build interfaces with internal/external solutions

• Coordinate and support development process

• Perform integration testing and support UAT

• Work closely with infrastructure teams to deploy the solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as Business/Systems Analyst

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• At least 1 year of experience with Integrations (e.g. MS SQL Integration Services, AWS API Gateway, Mulesoft)

• At least 1 year of experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda etc.)

• At least 1 year of project/product management experience

• Experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory) would be a plus

• Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Computer Science or related fields would be a plus

• Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies would be a plus

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to learn quickly new domains and technologies

• Creative approach to problem solving

• Good communication skills

• Good teamwork and collaboration

• English: Intermediate and higher

• Fluent Ukrainian
