Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation Data Analyst. Our team runs analysis of consumer feedback 24/7/365, to inform and inspire all of consumer organization team members and leaders to continuously improve the consumer experience. We're looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to join our diverse team to focus on providing actionable, customer-centric insights and recommendations to the business as Philip Morris continues to evolve.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a variety of cross functional teams within the Sales organization as well as with Marketing, Product and Eastern European and Central Business Intelligence teams.

Description 

As a member of the Consumer Insights & Analytics team, you will be responsible for a range of activities regularly:

• Analysis of Net Promoter System & Consumer tracking tools (IQOS consumer base/ Consumer Journey), from methodology ownership, Power BI dashboard ownership to analysis and presentation
• You'll transform data into actionable insights, creating stories that inspire leadership and frontline team members to drive behaviors that create better customer experiences. Here powerful data visualization is important.
• You will collaborate with external team members (retail, customer care, marketing and others) to define key business objectives
• You'll innovate with new analysis and tools (Qualtrics, Stratified etc.) to help enrich available data and provide powerful in-depth analysis
• You'll be part of a broader global Consumer Insights team that also conducts data analysis across the world to provide comprehensive points of view.

Requirement

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Statistics
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data extraction, data manipulation, and analysis; demonstrated strength using SQL queries in a business environment
• Critical thinker who is able to define approaches to solving a business problem, understand the data and validate the findings. Ability to turn insights into powerful visualizations using tools such as Power BI
• Ability to distill large data sets into meaningful insights and takeaways
• Proven track record of turning data into insights & driven to get the whole story
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to translate data insights into impactful presentations
• Qualtrics and Salesforce experience a plus but not required
• English: advanced
