The Manager Risk & Controls for Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia & Moldova reports to Manager Area R&C.

Your 'day to day':

· Build and monitor the company's Risk Assessment, lead and perform internal audits and advisories

· Support business in designing effective and efficient processes

· Coordinate Corporate Audit reviews

· Lead and/or participate in regional improvement projects

· Lead and contribute to the company's transformation by continuous improvements

· Coach and develop a team of subordinate employees

Who we're looking for:

• University degree
• Experience in similar position in international company (FMCG, Big 4, IT)
• Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of organization as well as different cultures, strong communications & listening skills
• Able to translate commercial actions into risk awareness and generate insights through data & story telling
• Experience in digital/e-commerce ecosystems, consumer understanding
• Strong analytical skills including End to End business process analysis
• Able to manage change, work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative environment using sound judgment in decision-making
• Strive for improvement, can-do approach, agile in thought and approach, self-motivated
