Scrum Coach

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation experienced Scrum Coach who will support Project Management Office team in helping implement Agile principles and Scrum Framework by developing teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained agile success.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Together with PMO supports implementation of Scrum in organization, leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum embracing. Helping employees and stakeholder understand and enact Scrum and empirical product/service development.
• Organize and execute trainings for project teams with introduction to concepts of Scrum that covers the principles and processes theory.
• Coaches teams toward increased efficiency and effectiveness through their real sprint ceremonies and daily activities within Scrum framework. Coach in self organization and cross - functional cooperation. Teach to create clear and concise project backlog items. Facilities events when needed.
• Coaches in-house Scrum Masters to realize and understand Scrum framework and Scrum Master role in it, its tools and artifacts such as the project backlog, sprint backlog, daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meeting. Trains to use them effectively in the day-to-day practice and make its significant contribution as a part of Scrum team.
• Coaches Project Owner how to handle the complex responsibilities including: how to manage and prioritize project backlogs utilizing business value and other industry prioritization methods, plan, track progress, drive Sprint Review, effectively prepare and participate in Sprint Planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree
• 3+ years of experience in project management and scrum coaching 3+ teams in parallel both in IT and Non-IT Companies
• Successful cases of transforming organizations from traditional SDLC to agile
• Extensive experience working with Project Owners and Stakeholders on how to deal with project-related responsibilities and develop clear role perception
• Extensive experience with coaching and mentoring teams to increase performance
• Effective communicator, capability to collaborate and motivate, action driven
• Computer skills: Jira, Trello, ServiceNow
• Russian and Ukrainian: native; English: fluent
