Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a highly experienced Project Management Office Lead who will daily contribute to the successful delivery of key projects through effective facilitation, tracking, reporting, coaching project managers and teams on the best use of project management standards.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with development, review, update and implementation of a project management process.
• Support Project Managers and Project Teams with projects planning and execution, managing stakeholders and cross functional dependencies, allocating resources, and looking for synergy across multiple projects.
• Monitor and report on overall project portfolio performance.
• Supports streamlining communications between Project owners and Project Managers and empowering to engage in meaningful and efficient debate of priorities and resource availability.
• Participate in communication with Regional/Global PMO function to ensure alignment between market and central functions on the status of key strategic global or local projects as well as implementation of global PMO guidelines and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree
• Project management certification (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, knowledge of project management principles
• Experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Effective coach, capability to collaborate and motivate, action driven, customer orientation
• Computer skills: Jira, Trello, ServiceNow
• English: fluent, Russian and Ukrainian: native
